Mission
We are glad you arrived at our Coastal ENT site to see what we do. Our office specializes in Otolaryngology and Head / Neck medicine and surgery,   Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Voice and Swallowing Disorders

Directions
The office can be reached from the NORTH or SOUTH by using I-5, exiting on Genesee Ave, and then traveling East until the Scripps Memorial Hospital sign is visible. Enter the campus and find parking.

From the EAST, use Interstate 8 to I-5, then follow above route.

Parking
You may park in one of the two garages and visit us on the first floor of the Poole Office Building. You can see a map of our office on the Scripps Memorial Hospital--La Jolla  campus.  Parking is best above-ground, in the garage behind our office. An underground garage is also available, both charging $2.00/day, with validation in our office reducing that by 50%.

New Patients
Please help us by filling out initial visit form before your visit especially if apnea is part of the problem. You may email this data or print out and fax or bring in with you.

Services
The full range of ENT, Otolaryngology-Head and Neck and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive medical and surgical care is available at our office. In addition, oral pathology is addressed with the addition of Eversole.

Generally we perform our surgery at the Scripps-Ximed Ambulatory Surgery Center nearby. Minor surgery is accomplished in our office surgical suite.

A complete voice and swallowing lab is available, using modern video-stroboscopy.

Skin and Skin Care Products
Botox, multiple Fillers and Micro-dermabrasion are offered to treat wrinkles, tissue defects and acne. Kristine offers in-office consultation and treatment.

Micro-dermabrasion, using the Power-Peel, is available in our office. Kristine our on-site Esthetician can guide you to your special skin needs.

Please see our page concerning   products and services offered, such as the Glyderm skin care line. This line of products is wonderful for use with any type of skin. Glyderm and Kinerase especially help acne in the teenager and adult. SkinMedica and Neova provide us with excellent products. 

Botox as well as selected fillers such as Zyplast are available. More lasting fillers such as Restylane and Radiance are also available from our physicians.

Payment for Services / Insurance
We accept most insurances such as PPO, Indemnity and Medicare. We do not participate in managed care.

Of course, cash and Charge Cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express are accepted as well.
