Trained at the Health Science Center, SUNY, at Syracuse N.Y., Dr. Halsey taught at the University of Florida, arriving in San Diego in 1975 to begin his practice of Head/Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery.

He is double Board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Halsey specializes in facial trauma, facial plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery, as well as associated  Otolaryngology.
